Proposed Vision:

At The School of Curious Minds, we nurture curiosity, foster community connection, and promote self-awareness through a hands-on, inquiry-based curriculum that empowers students to thrive academically and personally. We create an environment where inquisitiveness is encouraged, individuality is celebrated, and students are empowered to turn their curiosities into their greatest super power.

Our Approach

Our educational approach is rooted in creating meaningful, hands-on learning experiences that ignite students' natural curiosity and love for exploration. We believe that learning is most effective when active, engaging, and relevant to the real world. Through inquiry-based learning, students become the architects of their own knowledge, posing questions and seeking answers through rigorous investigation and creative experimentation. Our project-driven activities allow learners to delve deeply into topics that matter, fostering critical thinking, creativity, and collaborative problem-solving skills.

Each child is empowered to take ownership of their learning journey, encouraged to engage with diverse perspectives, and given the freedom to express their unique ideas. This personalized approach helps students connect abstract concepts to practical applications, making learning purposeful and joyful.

 Our Four Principles

  • A hands-on curriculum designed to spark curiosity and foster a love for learning. At School of Curious Minds, your questions are valued as much as your answers. Our approach integrates core subjects with experiential projects that encourage critical thinking and inquisitiveness.

  • We believe in strong partnerships with families, local businesses, and community organizations to create a supportive, inclusive learning environment that extends beyond the classroom. Community plays a direct role in our 10-day courses during our Intercessions.

  • At the heart of our philosophy is curiosity. We cultivate a learning environment that encourages students to ask questions, explore new ideas, value and encourage the perspectives of others, and identify their perspectives on ideals within our society.

  • We prioritize social and emotional awareness, teaching students mindfulness, empathy, and responsible citizenship. Mental and emotional health is vital, and we are committed to providing ALL students with mental health services in order to become well rounded citizens who can articulate not only their perspectives but also their emotions in a healthy manner.
